A combination of classic and modern hands-on cooking.
Based on cozy time together with lots of `hygge´, we’ll teach you how to make a classic piece of ‘smørrebrød' with fish (open face sandwich) followed by organic chicken sous-vide with raspberry infused pearl onions and green asparagus and finally the Danish national dessert ‘rødgrød' (red fruit stew from summer berries) with ice cream and burnt white chocolate(!) Under the expert guidance of the chef, the meals will be completed at the same time, so you can enjoy the dishes together in our dining room, as a nice and cozy ending to the class. Just like going on a restaurant for lunch, but with your own masterpieces on the plate.
As a starter we will serve you coffee/tea and a piece of Danish `kringle´ (typical Danish pastry). During the class and while you are dining, wine, beer, ice water and elderflower lemonade are also included. And of course the meals.
I will kindly ask you to be precise and show up at 10 am.
The event ends at 2 pm.
Children from 8 to 12 years old can paticipate at half price.
