In a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, we prepare the food together while the chef shares his tips and tricks with you.
These typical Danish dishes have been eaten in many Danish homes for generations:
Homemate tartelets with chicken in a creamy aspargus sauce.
Pan fried plaice (Danish national fish) with fresh peeled shrimps, fresh herbs and vegetables.
`Bondepige med slør´ (farmers girl with veil) Stewed apples, rye bread and whipped cream.
Under the expert guidance of the chef, the meals will be completed at the same time, so you can enjoy the dishes together in our dining room, as a nice and cozy ending to the class. Just like going on a restaurant for dinner, but with your own masterpieces on the plate.
A little snack before starting, wine, beer, ice water, elderflower lemonade are included during the course. And of course the meals.
We kindly ask you to be precise and show up at 5 pm.
The class ends at 10 pm.
Children from 8 to 12 years old can participate at half price.
