Traditional Danish coffee table
As one of the of the most coffee drinking nations in the world we have of course also a lot of traditions when it comes to what we eat along with coffee. Traditions vary from region to region but classic items will be homebaked buns with marmelade, a delicious `kringle´ and butter cookies.
On this course, we bake everything from scratch under the expert guidance of the chef.A bun, light and airy, which especially is eaten for birthdays.
A real classic Danish kringle, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with tasty, toasted nuts.
Danish cookies, which are known worldwide. Crisp, flavorful .... addictive cookies!!
As a pleasant end to the course, you enjoy the Danish coffee table together in our dining room.
As a starter we serve you a Lunch sandwich. Soft drinks and coffee/tea are also included.
If you want, you are more than welcome to take baking leftovers with you.
We kindly ask you to be precise and show up on time at 10 am.
The class ends at 2 pm.
Children are wellcome from age 8 and can from 8 - 12 years participate at half price.
